In this second part, we step into EARTH energy, as I give you 6 practical steps to stay focused and combat overwhelm as you work on big goals.
The steps we cover are:
- Be open to your big goal taking a long time, and that’s not wrong (it doesn’t HAVE to - but it can!)
- Map out the phases/steps in your big goal, put them somewhere you can see them

2b. Sidebar step - be careful who you tell your goals to!
- Write out what signs will serve as PROOF that your plan is working/that you’re moving toward your goal.
- Analyze the positive AND negative consequences of getting what you want (not the ways it may go wrong, but the consequences that may feel like a loss/challenge to getting or going after what you want). Address the hardstuff head-on.
- Make a practice of ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. Give yourself CREDIT for things that are going well, and ACKNOWLEDGE each step along the way.
- Create a habit of visualizing/listening to/living in what it will be like when the goal is accomplished and STICK TO IT!
