Sonya Hove is a native Texan who lives in Durham, North Carolina.  She and her husband Rick work with Faculty Commons which a ministry of Cru.   She is mom to 3 and grandma to 2 little ones.

Cara Cute is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Business Education.She lives in Johnson City, TN with her husband Earle.  They have three adult children and seven grandchildren.

Cara has been with Cru for over 40 years – serving at the International Headquarters, the undergraduate branch of the Campus Ministry, and is currently serving with the Faculty Ministry.

She loves using her strengths to work with individuals and teams to help them develop their own leadership skills and discover their own natural talents.  She holds certifications from the Myers Briggs Institute, CoreClarity, and Career Direct with Crown Ministries.
