Hope Story Circle with Joel Kimmel - October 8, 2022

Joel Kimmel is a friend of the Peace Alliance, and brought a message about the power of words. By shifting from a mindset and language of ‘Doing’ to a mindset and language of ‘Being,’ he offered, we can open up greater possibilities of connection. Instead of ’tell me more,’ say ’say more about that.’ Instead of ‘forcing' (a doing action), use ‘allowing' (a being action). Instead of ’to-do lists,’ create ’to have happen lists.’ Listen in on more detail of ‘Being’ and ‘Doing’ and hear how the group reacted with a joyful and peace-filled response from the break-out rooms.
