On May 10th Billy claimed Medalist honors at the U.S. Open Local Qualifying held at the Twin Hills CC. Recognized as one of the top regional players in the 1990's Billy spent time on several major golf tours before a back injury forced him to refocus his efforts on serving as a teaching professional.
