Ryan Day - Aligning Toward Church-wide Goals

Ryan Day is the site pastor of Christian Life Center, Fairfield Campus. Christian Life Center (CLC) is a multisite church in the Dayton, Ohio area with a main campus and two video-venue sites. In this episode Ryan shares the methods that Christian Life Center has developed in regard to establishing and reaching toward church-wide goals that can help provide alignment for their campuses as well as their ministries. Their system is used as a grid that promotes clarity and direction for all in leadership at CLC and it helps keep their team focused and effective.
