Peter Flanagan Interview

Peter Flanagan is a fine art painter who has work on display all over the north east England region and beyond. Also, he has painting within the Royal Household and with Tony Blair. The Cultural Thing interviewed Peter about his work, but, since he once taught Fine Art at Newcastle College, we started off by asking him if anyone can learn to paint.
