In Galatians 3:23-29, Paul speaks of having been held captive under the law, but being freed by faith, when we put on Christ as our clothing. Pastor Ross Erb pointed out that we tend to make assumptions about people based on what they wear. Haute couture is a French term that means "high sewing" or "high dressmaking", and refers to custom made clothing of very high quality.
