Today's guest is Ellen Galinsky and she is the president and co-founder of the Families and Work Institute at Bank Street College of Education and the former president of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. She is also a fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources. Ellen and her organizations focus on conducting research on how current American culture, the change in working conditions and family life have an impact on the growth and development of children.
