Goldie Bounce Golf Live with host Liza Churchill.  Liza’s guest isPGA Professional Charlie Lanzetta.  Charlie is the Director of Golf at theRockland Golf Course in Rockland, MA.  ~ www.rocklandgolfcourse.com.  Charlie was inducted into the NEPGA Hall of Fame this week at the awards banquet at theWellesley Country Club.   Liza also chats with Michelle Anderson ~ Owner Pilates Plus of Cape Cod ~ www.pilatesplusofcapecod.com about her 13 week Golf Strength and Conditioning Segment that she’s going to be launching on the Goldie Bounce Golf Show November 7th.  Each week Michelle will introduce new Pilates based core strengthening  exercises on-air.  She’ll also post corresponding instructional videos on her YouTube Channel ~ PilatesPlusOfCapeCod as well as all the Goldie Bounce Golf Social Media.  How fun is that!  The holidays are coming fast upon us … don’t loose all the work you’ve done this past summer to get in shape!
