Ken Degraffenried, Gordon Chang

On today's show, Former Naval Officer and Senior Pentagon official, Ken Degraffenried, joins Frank for segments one and two to discuss the President's trip to Asia and gives us a military and intelligence professional's perspective on China. He also gives us the inside story on an internal struggle about a long standing effort by the Director of National Intelligence to take over the principle responsibility for much of the national intelligence community's capabilities.
