Husband and wife Mohamed Harkat and Sophie Lamarche jointly pursue justice from a repressive Canadian government, in violation of its own Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Canada's bill of rights. Mohamed was falsely charged, interned, and is now under draconian house arrest, facing possible deportation to greater repression abroad. His case and status will be discussed.
