Tied for the lead at -27 three twenty-somethings battled it out in overtime on the Palmer Private at PGA West in La Quinta, Ca. (Woodland and Vegas are 26 and Hass 28). Defending champ Bill Haas was three shots behind fourth-round co-leaders Gary Woodland and Vegas before catching them and heading into a playoff. Hass was eliminated on the first playoff hole #18 with a score of -27 and Vegas then defeated Gary Woodland on the second playoff hole #10 with a par 4. Btw Vegas (a 2010 Nationwide Tour graduate) finished up T57 last week at the Sony Open in Hawaii and has the honor of being the first ever Venezuelan PGA Tour Member.
