Today's guest is Julia Schopick and she is the creator of the award winning health blog, HonestMedicine.com and was a public relations consultant for over 20 years. Her initiation into medicine and alternative started when her husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor, and led to her investigative journalist work that has been published in American Medical News, Advance, Alternative and Complementary Therapies, the British Medical Jouirnal and the Chicago Sun Times. Julia specializes in bringing to the public rarely known medical treatments that do not receive sufficient attention and publicity. Her book “Honest Medicine: Effective Time Tested Inexpensive Treatments to Life-Threatening Diseases” introduces many of these therapies that have helped people all over the world.
