Support Systems for Released Sexual Offenders

Up until the recent past, sexual offenders have been released from prison with the expectation that they have a very high risk to re-offend.  Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA) has changed that prospect.  Chris Penner-Mayo and Leighla Heinemann explain.
