In these parts of the Lord's prayer, Jesus invites us to pray for the coming of God's kingdom. God's kingdom was the key concern of Jesus' life, ministry, death and resurrection. Jesus invites us also to be part of the answer to the prayer, ' Your will be done on earth as in heaven.'
