Sept. 7, 2007 - The Environmental Protection Agency is trying to figure out what to do about the town of Stratford. For nearly 90 years, the town has been home to potentially dangerous industrial waste, but plans to clean it up have sparked an outcry from residents, some of whom want the contamination left where it is.
