Frill or necessity. Is Technology a Human Right?

.On Friday April 15, Human Rights Radio spoke with Jess Tipton about how important technology and the access to technology has become.  In less than twenty years, internet access and the hardware to communicate via the internet has become important to people of all ages and socioeconomic groups.  Jess has a great deal of experience with both the techncal and the human side of the internet and we discussed the positive and negative impacts to people in different situations.  We can take advantage of the internet, but is it also taking advantage of us?
