Blake Farentenhold, 27th District of Texas, discusses the reckless decision by the Obama Administration to release 30 million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum reserves; a supply designed for national security not the “political whims of a president,” he says.  The Congressman also gives his possible explanations for the ATF’s Fast and Furious operation.  And finally, Ken Klukowski, Director of the Center for Religious Liberty, and co-author of the new book Resurgent: How Constitutional Conservatism Can Save America, joins Frank to delve into the differences between the War Powers Act and its Clause, in which he concludes the war in Libya to be illegal.
