A life that count for Christ

A LIFE THAT COUNTS FOR CHRIST

 

Though lonely the road may be that leads to a better life,

Heartaches, disappointments come along this road of life

And when my heart is pierced by the miseries of life

Jesus Christ comes along and He makes everything all right

For this is the life that counts for Christ.

 

Sometimes I cry for all the joys of life seem to pass me by,

Despondency and misery beckons me on every side

Yet when my heart is contrite, I take it to Jesus Christ,

His name alone will make everything all right,

For this is the life that counts for Christ.
