Expecting the Unexpected

This is the first Sunday of Advent, and Phil's sermon seeks to look with new eyes at the troubling "left behind" text in Matthew 24, advocating an approach that focuses on our Christian call to a life of attentiveness, which is made difficult by the chronic distraction we suffer from, due to cultural pressures and our own choices.
