In Mark 6:30-34, Jesus began to teach his disciples about sane rhythms of work and rest. We are loved by God not because of what we do, but because of who we are. Taking rest - sabbath - is important. In a culture that is addicted to work, Pastor Barbara offers some suggestions for how to maintain a healthy rhythm of work and rest.
