Happy Every Holiday

This week people are celebrating Hannukah, Christmas, Solstice, Saturnalia, Festivus, nothing, Divali, Kwaanza, Humanlight and more. I’ve always been of the opinion that if there is a party and there is food involved, I want in. ----more---- So, my family’s solution to what holiday to celebrate was to do them all. We have a very festive household. We got interviewed by a local reporter for a story on how non-religious families deal with this time of year. My son’s answers to her questions made me proud. He said that the point of this time of year is to be with your family and people you love. For a kid who is only 6, that’s pretty impressive. As she left, he wished her a Happy Every Holiday! I think my son just solved the annual holiday greeting dilemma. So happy Every Holiday Everyone!
