It’s So Quiet

My hubby and son were out camping this past weekend. Which meant I had the house to myself. ----more---- Which is pretty darned cool, because this allows me to have some me time. I could sleep in, and relax without any obligations. Well, mostly no obligations anyway. And this is important. We all need down time. We all need periods of quiet when there are no expectations placed on us. When else would we have time to think? I mean think about it. There’s a reason your best ideas come to you in the shower. It’s because it’s quiet and you are alone with your thoughts. If you want to be more creative, schedule some down time for yourself.
