Tiernan Sittenfeld is the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs at the League of Conservation Voters, a national non-profit organization devoted to turning environmental values in national government priorities.

Annually, the League of Conservation Voters releases an environmental scorecard on Congressional bills with a direct impact on environmental issues, and a record of their votes.  In 2011, the 112th Congress has been rated the worst congress in history regarding the environment.
