Chosen to Confound the World!

Are you the cream of the crop? Most of us aren't. We are normal everyday people. Some of us even appear to be less than desirable by the World's standards. Were Jesus' disciples the cream of the crop? No they went through the basic training on the Torah with their Rabbi until the age of 12, but then were released to learn a trade. They were not the best of the best and they were not chosen to go further in the Rabbi's teachings. Instead, Jesus came along and chose them. He chose them to follow Him and to confound the World! Jesus made them the best of the best as they followed Him. He does the same with all believers. We are all called to follow Him and become the best of the best and confound the World!
