Baldwin Spencer’s Counting Problem

I guess the parasites in the Cooks Pond water that he keeps drinking finally ate out his brains.  Thats if there was any to begin with?  This will be my new ringtone till Antigua & Barbuda see the end of Baldwin and the U.P.P.
