I’m Simply Happy!

Remember when you were little, and the simplest things could make you happy?  Remember when you used to cry, and nothing more than a hug or a kind and loving word could make everything in the world perfect again? Don't you wish life was really like that?  Don't you wish that even today, with a simple word or a loving hug everything could be made peaceful and perfect?  Wouldn't it be amazing to be simply happy? The Truth is that life really is that simple.  The Truth is that our world really is that beautiful and harmonious.  Life actually is not so complicated.  It's just that sometimes we grow up to be a bit too smart.  We allow our minds to become complex and sophisticated, and suddenly our lives and relationships seem to get all out of whack.  But with the right frame of mind -- with the right shifting of perspectives (and perhaps a deep breath) -- we can get back to living peacefully. Life is still very simple.  We just have to stop be so smart and making things so unnecessarily complicated.
