(Dr.x2) Spencer Says Yes to Chopping Up the Taxman

In  a callous and demented expression of hunger for power and his future plans and policies for the country prior to the 2004 general elections in Antigua & Barbuda Dr. Winston Baldwin Spencer articulates his desire that when taxes are raised by the government that we should chop up the taxman when they come to collect.

Antiguan & Barbudans listened, cheered, clapped and blew their car horns in approval of Dr. Spencer's incitement of the general public to do violence against social workers going about their daily work.

Now that Mr. Spencer has put more taxes on the people of Antigua & Barbuda than the previous administration, does Dr. Spencer still think the general public should chop up the taxman or the person imposing the burdensome taxes on the people because his government mismanaged and squandered government revenues on rusted generators, fencing playing fields, unfinished car park's, and delapidated sidewalks, etc.
