Conversations not Lectures - CAM2012 5/24/12

Join Doug as he relives his experience at Conversation Among Masters (CAM). Last week 175 master coaches gathered in San Antino, Texas for 3 days of conversation on what is going on in the coaching world for master coaches. Facilitating the conversations were; Werner Erhad, Jim Selman and Robert Richman. Werner and Jim are legands in the coaching world and have influenced thounsands of coaches. Robert comes from Zappos and shared what they are doing with their Insights program and how this works with coaching and how it is influencing the culture of successful companies today. But what about the "side" conversations? Some of my best personal learning was from other master coaches attending the CAM and I will share these with you also.
