Episode #490 - Be a Beacon of Hope

Father Anthony, Cristina, Tony and Geraldine are on the program today. Father Anthony talks about the start of his day and gives us a glimpse into the day of a parish priest. We discuss this past Friday's highly successful dinner-dance for the restoration of St. Stan's and comment on how wonderful it was that all the various communities that make up the St. Stan's parish and its friends came together for a marvelous celebration. Father Anthony notes a significant rise in the suicide rate as a sign of hopelessness and and that we need to be a light to point to God who will be our comfort.
