Up, Up and Away

After reviewing how heat can be transferred through convection and it's effect on weather patterns, students in Ms. Sandy Hall's 6th Grade Science Classes constructed and launched hot air ballons. The students were able to experience the effects of hot air rising and expanding. The students then wrote about their expereinces, listen  the sample student podcast below
