Peace where it hurts most

"Peace-building is the most challenging in our closest relationships." This was the opening for Pastor Phil Kniss' sermon about building peace close to home. He then told a story of this congregation and the work it did back during the Vietnam War era. One of the persons involved in this story, Dan Lehman, was present and shared some reflections on the event. The story highlighted the need to stay in relationship and walk alongside persons, even if we strongly disagree with them. This was the call that Pastor Phil left us with.
