Angie and Amy hope to continue to market this produce all winter long at the Comox Valley Farmers Market, as well as selling at Seeds Food Market and Edible Island. The PowerSmart-inspired “Candlelight Conservation Dinner” of late October was so popular that Union Street Grill [250-897-0081, 477-5th Street, Courtenay +FB @UnionStreetGril] is reprising it with a “Candlelight by Moonlight Dinner” on Nov 17 as part of the downtown Courtenay’s “Moonlight Magic” weekend.
