Monday Night Talk host Kevin Tocci and Joe Rossi speak with Rachel Kaprielian, Registrar of the Massachusetts Motor Vehicles about some of the changes that her agency will be making to update the agency. One of the main conversation included the MassDOT's approving  a contract for the design, development and installation of an operating system to serve the next generation of Registry of Motor Vehicles customers. Benefits of the system will also include the ability to evaluate staff and branch performance, provide reliable revenue collection and distribution, improve the interface and information sharing with law enforcement, as well as expand services conducted by our business partners in the vehicle sales and insurance industries.
