Episode # 576 - It’s Another Monday

Father Anthony, Cristina and Tony are on the program today. Saint Stanislaus Kostka, the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy will be reopening it's doors for 24 hour devotion on Ash Wednesday, Feb. 13th. It's snowing in Chicago. We talk about the Annual Catholic Appeal. We talk about the "tough love" of God. Father Anthony reflects on today's Gospel (Mk 5:1-20) where Jesus casts out the man's demons to the swine in Gerasenes.  We talk about the fear of the power to bring forth the truth which is why the Gerasenes asked Christ to leave. It is the power of the cross. The scrutiny of Truth was too much for them to bare.
