EHS#4 - Putting off the old, Putting on Christ

Our "Emotionally Healthy Spirituality" series continues with a message titled, "Putting off the old, putting on Christ." In order to be able to know what it means to "put off the old," we have to be able to identify our unspoken/unidentified core values, mindsets, thought processes, ways of interacting with people & the world around us - these make up our version of what we think "normal" is. Our text is Ephesians 4:17-24.
