The learning community

Pastor Phil Kniss began his sermon with a fictional story of the angel “Max”, who was sent to search out a master teacher at Park View Mennonite Church. After following the humorous adventures of Max, we were left to ponder how all of us are qualified to be teachers in a learning community. In a diverse community we can all learn from each other. Passing on the faith happens when diverse people live in a relationship with each other. We become a community like that described in Colossians 3:12-17, teaching and learning to know Jesus as our Lord and Savior.
