African Americans and Social Security

Wilhelmina Leigh has done work throughout her career in the areas of health policy and the Social Security system. Dr. Leigh has been an elected member of the National Academy of Social Insurance (NASI) since 1996, and became a Fellow of the TIAA-CREF Institute in 2012.
