03/28/13 DDD Revival Now Part 13

Today David's Daily Devotional comes from Isaiah 64:1-4 as David continues the Revival Now series with part 13. 64 Oh, that you would burst from the heavens and come down! How the mountains would quake in your presence! 2 As fire causes wood to burn and water to boil, your coming would make the nations tremble. Then your enemies would learn the reason for your fame! 3 When you came down long ago, you did awesome deeds beyond our highest expectations. And oh, how the mountains quaked! 4 For since the world began, no ear has heard and no eye has seen a God like you, who works for those who wait for him! David speaks to us about the spirit of lethargy...doing as little as possible, being too tired and busy to do the work God has for us to do. He explains that we need our spirits to be revived! We also receive instruction on putting on the whole armor of God. It is so important that we adore and worship our Lord as He is waiting to spend time with us.
