Kevin Mooney, a reporter with Watchdog.org, joins us to discuss his recent story on the president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Richard Fisher, who says federal banking laws should be rewritten to “end the problem of banks that are too big to fail.” Fisher was critical of the Dodd-Frank Act during his presentation at the recent Conservative Political Action Conference. The question we ask is: Is the monetary and banking system itself too big to fail?
