Glorify God!

Last week we experienced the discouragement of the disciples as they focused on the fact that their Lord was dead.  We then saw their great joy as they discovered that He was alive.  The first response they had after seeing Jesus (after being reminded about what He had told them) was to run and share the good news with others.  They enthusiastically glorified God for what He had done.  We, too, must glorify God for what He has done.  We must take up our cross and follow Him in our lifestyle.  We must go outside the doors of our church and let others see Jesus in us.  We have been set apart for God’s Kingdom work and to glorify His name.
