04/12/13 HON He Chose You

This Hour One Nugget is from 1st Peter 3:18: 18 Christ suffered for our sins once for all time. He never sinned, but he died for sinners to bring you safely home to God. He suffered physical death, but he was raised to life in the Spirit. David points out to us that Christ died to bring each of us home to our Father in heaven. He CHOSE each of us!  We also look at how to read and understand scripture for ourselves. Other scripture reference: Isaiah 43:2
