The flash of the "tongues of fire" and the "speaking in tongues" were so spectacular in fact, that sometimes we miss something that's just amazing (but not quite so flashy). What I'm talking about is that "each one heard them speaking in the native language of each." Why is that amazing? Well, it's just one more way that God shows us that God doesn't play favorites. God comes to each person, just as they are. Whoever they are, wherever they are, the Good News is for them.
