Blessings and Curses

Pastor John Ting discusses the blessings and curses in Leviticus 26. He then looks at two issues (1) The curses seem to picture God as harsh, oppressive, even vindictive; (2) The straight connection of obedience leading to blessings and disobedience to curses is not always true. He concludes with two points of application (1) the obedient will always experience God's blessings but these are often spiritual and non-material; and  (2) we need to heed God's discipline.
