MICHAEL O'HANLON, of the Brookings Institute, spends the hour with Frank discussing his new book, Healing the Wounded Giant, as well as touching on a variety of other national security topics. Over the hour, Frank and Michael delve deeper into the ability of the American Military to keep its supremacy in the face of sequestration, as well as how Obama’s past and present strategy play into his future ideals of a nuclear free world.

During the hour, Michael also analyzes Iraq and Afghanistan, specifically looking at the problem of how to characterize the War on Terror and pinpoint who the true enemy is.
