Episode # 690 - Religious Liberty Discussion

Father Thomas Loya once again sitting in for Father Anthony Bush today, along with Christina and Tony.  Father Loya is especially excited today because today marks the 31st Anniversary of him being a Priest in the Church and everyone is feeling very good for and about Father Loya.  The subject of threats to Religous Liberty is brought up again and what causes it, one thing is Obamacare for people.  The thoughts of progress on this in our culture are brought up along these lines.  With chaos in mind, Father Loya got a recent call from California on an article from the newspaper from July 11th and talks about sexuality, homosexuality, and the recent supreme court case regarding same sex marriage and it's relation to the church and it's possible changes.  As the show continues, Father Loya talks about the weather outside being great and beautiful, making him want to come down to Chicago.  Father Loya also encourages listeners check out a conference which he is a keynote speaker for the Catholic Psychotherapy Association, entitled the Restoring The Beauty Of The Human Person, November 7-9, 2013.  More details at catholicpyschotherapy.org.
