Jesus was asked why He spoke in parables to the people - His answers? 1. Reveal the truth of the kingdom to the righteous and 2. conceal the truth from the unrighteous. The mystery of the truth is not hidden from you as a believer but rather hidden for you - the Holy Spirit gives us understanding of the word of God as we read and study it.
