Herbert Meyer

HERBERT MYER, author of the book The Cure For Poverty, joins Frank for a special one hour show. He starts the hour by reflecting on the Cold War and his time in office as the Former Special Assistant to the Director of the CIA under the Reagan Administration.

Over the course of the hour, Meyer also explores numerous topics including; Putin's mental status, U.S. de-nuclearization, poverty and the idea of allowing countries in the Middle East, like Egypt, time to evolve and modernize into democracies.
