Teaching Children belief in God

The first priority of a Jewish parent is to teach their child belief in God Almighty as expressed in the first line of the Shema 'Hear O' Israel the Lord is Our God the Lord is One' and to teach the that the Torah was given to Moses and is their inheritance.
