Episode # 704 - Reprimands Of The Lord

Father Anthony is back on this Thursday on a very beautiful summer day and first day of August, and joined as usual with Christina, Gerri, and Tony, along with Producer Nick, are in today and everyone is feeling good on this summer day.  The subject for today's talk deals with the recent gospel readings and relating to sin and sin in general.  Also, Father Anthony shares a wedding invitation he and his co hosts received, good news on this.  Talk of recent events taking place around the world too, such as banning foul language on Television in Russia.  After the first break, the subject turns to something different, talking about names,  in particular since Father Anthony and Tony have the same one.  Father Anthony also shares some personal history on this too.  Talk today on the Lord pardoning us and what prevents us having full life in Christ.  More on Pope Francis and former Pope's again too.  Also, what the Lord reprimands and pardons  for us and to stop thinking about ourselves and focus on what Jesus wants, relating to the topic of sin, as well as being more charitable too.  Everyone shares about this and on a final reprimand, Jesus does this for our weaknesses and when faith in Him feels lost.
